[xdebug-general] xdebug run troubles

Hello,

I am having the same problem as Rory from
http://xdebug.org/archives/xdebug-general/1199.html

1) I get the debugger started and interacting with the local site.
2) I put a break point in the second line of executable code
(I tried a few lines of executable code)
3) I can step_into, step_over, step_out
4) When I run, it crashes

I have checked that:
1) xdebug is loaded as a zend extension
2) xdebug.extend_info is on
3) The line of code that has the break point is executable

Also, I am using xdebug through vim.

I appreciate any help or pointers.
