looks like all the components I was interested in are already taken. ;)

I could take part in maintaining the components I use myself, which are:

- Mail
- Database
- Document

I'd recommend to simply mark some of the components "dead" instead of
just unmaintained, mainly because there either exist way better
solutions by now or their code is just not what I would use nowadays
anymore. These are:

- Url
- Reflection
- Authentication

In addition, these components where de-facto already dead:

- PhpGenerator
- SystemInformation

Maybe we should remove those completely from Github, since their code
will still be available from Apache?
