[zeta] Maintainers step up please

Who wants to maintain which of the components?

As Sebastian does not have time to maintain Workflow anymore, I would like
to maintain that one.

I guess Base/Unit-Test will be maintained by the old core team if necessary.

Please step up for the things we can maintain, so that we have a list of
the unmaintained components fast.
