[zeta] Zeta Components Trademark

Hello all,

we have nearly finished the retirement process on the Incubator. The
remaining tasks are just minor once and should be resolved shortly.
Maybe you have already recognized that the mailing list has been
closed.

We confirm that you can use the name "Zeta Components" for your
project in future.

We kindly ask you to make a statement on your new webpage which says
clearly that you are not longer associated with the ASF. Please ping
us, once you have updated your website as it is very important to us.

I will add a short statement on the Incubator Status page which
redirects people to your new home. I will use
http://github.com/zetacomponents until you say otherwise.

We all wish you all the best for your future and hope Zeta Components
will soon get the attention it deserves.
