[xdebug-general] V2.2.3/linux x86 - Compiled and installed, not showing in phpinfo() thru http

PHP 5.3

I compiled and installed xdebug with no errors.

When I run "php -i" and "php -m" I can see xdebug.
When I run a phpinfo() we page, I can't see it.

I did a localhost test on port 9000 and its not listening.

I have restarted the webserver several times and I copied my
php.ini statement for xdebug from a production php.ini.

Please help.
