Yes! That was the problem!
I had installed a version of XAMPP of 32 and the Xdebug library was of 64.
I will install the XAMPP of 64.

Are you sure you're running a 64bit *PHP* version as well? Or is just
your WIndows 64-bit? I'd be really nice of XAMPP just bundled Xdebug
instead...
