Xdebug 3.5.1 is out!

This is a bug fix release that addresses a severe performance degradation in Xdebug 3.5 on Windows only. Users of Xdebug on other operating systems will see no changes.

The source code can be found on the downloads page, and as usual, Xdebug is installable through PECL and PIE, and is also available as package for most Linux distributions.
