Xdebug 3.2.0RC1 is out!

This is the first release candidate of Xdebug 3.2. This version fixes numerous bugs that were found in Xdebug 3.2.0alpha3 and improves PHP 8.2 support. With step debugging, Xdebug will now also log a warning if an IDE attempts to set a breakpoint on a file that does not exist on the file system.
