Xdebug 3.2.0alpha2 is out!

This is a rebuild of the Xdebug 3.2.0alpha1 source package, which was missing a header file. There are no changes to the source code, or Windows binaries.

The source code can be found on the downloads page, and as usual, Xdebug is installable through PECL.
