[xdebug-general] Breakpoints in autoloaded Objects

Do breakpoints generally work in autoloaded objects? In my setup (php 5.3.6, xdebug 2.1, phpstorm 5.3 configured to auto-listen) they don't unless i include the objects php file manually.
