[xdebug-general] DBGP stdout & stderr implementation

Hello,

Version of 2.1.0-dev implements `stdout' and `stderr' commands not
completely.
I'd like to know that those commands are going to be implemented more
or freezed?

At this moment the `stdout' command works well with its options
`disable' and `copy' but not with `redirect'. xdebug_handler_dbgp.c
implementation looks that not considers the latter.
And the `stderr' implementation looks almost empty.
