[xdebug-general] xdebug.profiler_output_name=cachegrind.out.%R

I'm not getting anything for %R in profiler_output_name, even though the REQUEST_URI definitely is non-empty...

Using xdebug.dump.SERVER = REQUEST_METHOD,REQUEST_URI,HTTP_USER_AGENT dumps out:

$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] = string '/companies/stats/AAPL' (length=21)

But the filename for:
xdebug.profiler_output_name=cachegrind.out.%R.%s.%u
for that run yields:
cachegrind.out..C__wamp_XXX.com_htdocs_www_index_php.1216829677_010803

Notice a complete lack of REQUEST_URI info between 'out.' and '.C'

What did I do wrong?

Am I being particularly stoopid today?
