Well, I'm personally okay with having to launch the session from Eclipse,

I have encountered the "I have to restart Eclipse to get any
normally-started xdebug
launch to work" bug is somewhat annoying.
I'd like to suggest a feature which I think would be a useful workaround.
Would it be possible to improve the debug-panel's "Terminate All" function
so that it unbinds and rebinds the debug session listening port, or in some
other way does a more thorough reset of whatever PDT state is preventing
future connections when the bug occurs?
