[xdebug-general] disable var_dump() overload

Hi,
I'm just writing to second the suggestion posted here [1]. Or a bit
more: I would like to see a ini setting to disable var_dump()
overload, something like "xdebug.var_display_disable".

I use xdebug mostly for profiling and the HTML code it adds to the
dump is not practical for my common development, imo.

Anyway, thanks for XDebug! :)
