[xdebug-general] typemap_get missing hash

Hello!

From what I understand of the DGBp docs, typemap_get should send information
about all supported types.

However, with xdebug, I do not get an entry that "hash" maps to "hash" (but I
do get that "int" maps to "int", for example)

Is this how it's supposed to be (ie, am I supposed to assume that the default
simple types are always mapped to themselves unless specified), or is it a
bug of xdebug?
