For Xdebug 1.3.2 you should be using client 0.7.x, port 17869. There was
a bug similar to the "Invalid argument" one... but that's already fixed
in CVS, and for what I can see also in debugclient 0.7.3, which is
bundled with Xdebug 1.3.2... not sure where you find 0.7.0.
