[xdebug-general] MacOS X, KCacheGrind & Xdebug 2 profiler output: working

Hi all, just to inform the Mac users here:

I got KCacheGrind working on MacOS X 10.3 by installing it from the
"unstable" tree of the Fink project.

Installing it will end in getting 1 GB of binaries, libs and more
because the whole KDE stuff will be installed but you will be able to
display Xdebug 2 profiler output. Additional you need the X11 stuff
from Apple.
