[zeta] refactor webdav unittests

I have some problems with making the client unittests run again for the
webdav component.

for example, we have this client test
https://github.com/zetacomponents/Webdav/blob/master/tests/client_bitkinex_test.php
which creates this testsuite
https://github.com/zetacomponents/Webdav/blob/master/tests/client_test_suite.php
to create the testcases with data related to this client.

I think I nearly understand how this was intended to work.
But i dont know how to dynamically create testCases. is there anywhere a
tutorial for the current PHPUnit version, or do i have to look myself into
the phpunit code?

And, till i get them to run, should i simple mark the client tests to skip?
