Sorry, I fixed that now. You should use the
php_xdebug-2.6.0beta1-7.2-vc15-x86_64.dll DLL that exists. That should
also be the version that the wizard will now recommend.

No, I can't, as Xdebug 2.5.x does not support PHP 7.2.

That should work, as it does in my online Windows CI [1], but with this
little information I can't tell what goes wrong for you.
