This is not yet possible, but I have started working on this
functionality as part of the upcoming Xdebug 2.6. There is a tracking
issue at https://bugs.xdebug.org/view.php?id=1059 and a GitHub branch
(not working yet) at
https://github.com/derickr/xdebug/tree/issue1059-filter
