[xdebug-general] null function name in kcachegrind

when i'm trying to read xdebug profiling output in kcachegrind and
repeat for several times, there is a strange thing,

that, under the panel of "Flat Profile", the top line reads like:

Incl Self Called Function Location
102.3 99.4 23437 <cycle 1> (unknown)

sounds like an unknown/null function takes too much time.

have you ever met this before?
