Hrm... I believe that the PHP engine, before XDebug ever becomes involved,
parses multi-line arrays so that everything appears to happen on the last
line.

Although in that case I don't know how it's marking all lines but the first
as executed as well. Off-by-one bug somewhere, maybe?
