[xdebug-general] I don't understand why I've this message : "Notice: Trace could not be started in /var/www/test/xdebug.php on line 1"

Hi,

I've installed Xdebug 2.0.0RC3 on Ubuntu with PHP 5.2.1

It work fine except this function :

xdebug_start_trace("test.xt");

I don't understand why I've "Notice: Trace could not be started in
/var/www/test/xdebug.php on line 1" message ? xdebug.trace_output_dir
is not setting then it's default value : "/tmp/".

Do I need to set another setting ?
