Tried to create an account with the bug tracker - but I'm getting a bunch of
warnings (headers already sent) when I try to create a new account and no
email received with the account info.

Although the DBGp protocol supports it, Xdebug does not yet implement
this. This is something that should be fixed before Xdebug 2 final is
released. Can you please file it as a bug at http://bugs.xdebug.org ?
