[xdebug-general] trace on php warnings?

Hello, phpinfo() indicates that i've got xdebug installed successfully.
I was hoping it would cause a stack trace to be shown with php warnings.
But it isn't, and I see no setting to make it do so.

(In particular, in my drupal site I'm getting this php warning:
warning: Missing argument 1 for menu_edit_item() in
/home/mdaoh/dr/live/drupal/modules/menu.module on line 174.
and I'd like to know the stack trace there.)
