  cookie should be named XDEBUG_SESSION

I spent several hours searching why Xdebug was not working on my computer and this is because the documentation was confusing and we might think the cookie should be named XDEBUG_SESSION_START instead of XDEBUG_SESSION.
People will not necessarily read point 3 if they want to set the cookie manually in the browser console instead of using browser extensions (which are not supported in Firefox Quantum).
