Summary: detach stops further sessions being established from apache
Description:
I debug a php request executing under apache. rather than allowing the
script to complete or be stopped, I send a detach.
The script completes ok. My browser still has the XDebug cookie, but all
subsequent requests to my apache server for php scripts do not attempt to
establish a debug session socket.

If I stop and restart apache, then debug session sockets will be
established (until I detach a script again).
