Summary: Restrict debug output to certain IP addresses
Description:
We work with live sites and it would be handy to use xdebug there too
without the users noticing them. That can be done by restricting the
output to be generated only if $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] is in a given array
of restricted IP addresses. This could be made a config value that can be
set via iniset.

Would be great to see that feature.
