Summary: Ability to limit number of array elements output
Description:
When an error occurs in a script where a very large array is in the current
scope, dumping the entire array results in either completely unusable CLI
output, or almost browser crashing HTML output. The ablity to limit arrays
to X amount of values output would be a great addition to xdebug IMO.

This has been implemented in 2.0.0rc2.
