Summary: please add ability to log on the xdebug side
Description:
when developing / supporting software that talks to Xdebug it would be
useful to be able to easily log debugger actions. some kind of setting
like:

xdebug.enable_logging = 1/0
xdebug.log_file=/tmp/xdbeug.$timestamp.log

This has already been implemented as the xdebug.remote_log=filename setting
some time ago.
