Summary: Option to append to cachegrind files, instead of overwriting
Description:
Currently xdebug 2.0.0beta2 overwrites cachegrind file, instead of apending
to it. This is original question on mailing list :

So, how about option to append to cachegrind file, which can later be
split into several pieces and analysed with KCacheGrind.
