Summary: typemap_get doesent give a mapping for hash
Description:
THe reponse to typemap_get doesent map "hash" to "hash" (only "array" to
"hash")
Shouldn't it?

ie, a:
        {"hash", "hash", NULL},

added to
char *xdebug_dbgp_typemap[XDEBUG_TYPES_COUNT][3] = {}
in of debug_handler_dbgp.c
