This last one shows that you have a proxy in use? Do you run such a
proxy? If not, then you might have set up something wrong on the
PhpStorm side - and I'm afraid I can't help you with that.

To actually show what data Xdebug is trying to send over the wire, use
the xdebug.remote_log=/tmp/xdebug.log setting in php.ini (or
15-xdebug.ini), and then check what the log says.
