[xdebug-general] Install Problem

Hi,

Just trying to install Xdebug fo NetBeans and I have a problem.
Following the instructions on
     http://xdebug.org/wizard.php
Where is says -
8 - Update |/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini| and change the line
|zend_extension = /usr/lib/php5/20121212/xdebug.so

I cannot find any line that starts 'zend_extension'. Also what change
should be made?
