[xdebug-general] Using Xdebug To Display Stack Trace

   I've read the FAQ and changed php.ini so display_error = On. What else do
I do to enable stack traces to display when I try to invoke the application?
This is not my application yet I'm trying to get it running here on
postgres-9.0.3.
