[xdebug-general] remote_host stuck on 127.0.0.1

Hello,

I have xdebug installed and configured, and phpinfo() is showing the xdebug
settings.

But for some reason, whatever I set for xdebug.remote_host is ignored and
phpinfo always shows it as 127.0.0.1 (even though other settings changes
like remote_log are picked up and displayed by phpinfo).

remote_connect_back is off.

Is there some other restriction on setting remote_host?
