Randie, I am wondering whether it is intertwined with the other problem
I was having, setting the proper path map for debugging. I called my
Eclipse project 'concurrent' but the files were in
D:\xampp\htdocs\econcurrent.com. What I did was make an alias (a
symbolic link) with

D:\xampp\htdocs> mklink /d concurrent econcurrent.com
