[xdebug-general] installing problems

Hello,
 
      When I install the xdebug , there are problems in the process.

      First I copy the phpinfo to the http://xdebug.org/find-binary.php to analyze.

      The content of analysis =>
         
      1.Download php_xdebug-2.1.0-5.2-vc6.dll
      2.Move the downloaded file to C:\AppServ\php5\ext
      3.Update C:\WINDOWS\php.ini and change the line
        zend_extension_ts = C:\AppServ\php5\ext\php_xdebug-2.1.0-5.2-vc6.dll
      4.Restart the webserver
      
      After finishing the above instruction . I command "pecl install xdebug",but always the message =>

      66 source files, building
     ERROR: The DSP xdebug.dsp does not exist.
      
      How can I deal with the error ?
