[xdebug-general] WAMP 2 + PDT + XDEBUG - can't connect. stuck in launch

I've been trying to install a development environment on a window machine

No matter what i do it keep getting stuck in the launching stage in eclipse
The page loads well in the browser
I get the beautifying warnings behaviour which i understand is coming from
the XDEBUG

I tried to set up the logs + tracing but nothing appears there. (No file is
created)

This is the URL that the PDT launches

xdebug_break exists in the file and passes well.
