[xdebug-general] xt.vim

I want to use xt.vim on Windows XP platform. Have downloaded xampp which contains Xdebug which works fine. But I want to highlight the traces with xt.vim.

It doesn't appear to be in the Xdebug part of the Xampp package.

How do I get it?
