regsvr32 is used for registering COM libraries - why are you trying to
register xdebug? It's not a COM library. Using xdebug is described on
the xdebug.org site.
Version of xdebug depends on what versionn of PHP you have, whether or
not it's multithreaded, and whether it's 32bit or 64bit. Using the
VC6/VC9 builds would depends on what libraries the PHP libraries you
have are linked against.
