[xdebug-general] Windows binaries for Zend Engine API 220090115

I'm working with a recent snapshot of PHP 5.3 and need to get Xdebug working
with it. Unfortunately, the Windows binaries for Xdebug for 5.3 are using an
older version (220070929).

I initially decided to just build from source but haven't been able to get
that to work.

Any chance of getting some additional binaries up to support the new Zend
API?
