[xdebug-general] php.ini/xdebug.ini

Hello,
I noticed that you wrote that we can start profiler using directive in
php.ini (http://xdebug.org/docs/profiler - Starting the profiler) but it
didn't worked for me. But when I change appropriate settings in
xdebug.ini it works fine. Is that only mistake, or it could really be
set in php.ini?
