[xdebug-general] Xdebug on Vista x64, Apache 2, PHP 5.2.6 Not Working

I'm trying to use the latest build of Xdebug on Vista x64, with Apache 2.2,
and PHP 5.2.6.
I have path set correctly.
I unblocked the DLL in Windows.
And I have the latest version of Zend Optimizer installed and functioning.

I can't find any errors in any logs or anything, so I have no idea what's
going on!
Can anyone help?
