[xdebug-general] support for DBGp stdout and stderr commands

Hi Derick,

I have been adding support for the stdout/stderr commands into PDT and
noticed that stderr always returns success=0 and stdout redirect is the
same as copy.
Is there any plan to support stderr and the redirect options ?
