[xdebug-general] include('missingfile.php'): segfault

After I updated to the newest XDebug including a missing file causes this in the apache-log:
child pid 8182 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

This makes it a bit hard to find the error :D

My Configuration:
PHP Version 5.2.0-8+etch7 (mod_php)
Apache2
Xdebug v2.0.2

Can anyone reproduce this problem?
Do you need a backtrace - if so - how do i generate one?
