Unfortunately this installation is on our development machine which can't be
accessed from the outside, but we use xdebug for
error tracking and general debugging on our sites before we put them live.
I've put a copy of the phpinfo output and 2 screen dumps of the command line
output up for you on our live server.

I just had a thought that it might be a permissions thing, but all the files
in that directory have the same permissions and they're
all various extensions for PHP.
