[xdebug-general] Re: Problem with Xdebug on PHP 5.1.2 and Apache 2.0.55

Those things look ok. But, I found this in Apache error_log when I shut
down apache. (Nothing when I start it).

Failed loading /opt/oss/libexec/php/xdebug.so:
/opt/oss/libexec/php/xdebug.so: undefined symbol: zend_qsort

Does that help you?
