[xdebug-general] Binary of XDebug 1.3.x for PHP 4.4.x on Windows?

Hello,

i'm looking for the 1.3.x DLL for use with PHP 4.4.x on Windows.
Although i do compile xdebug for Linux myself, i don't have the time to
setup everything on Windows. Does anyone already has this binary?
