[xdebug-general] TRACE-ECHO patch for xdebug2.0

Hello every body.

I posted wishlist for xdebug a few days ago. but, nobody answered it.
maybe, It's because my english is too poor.

so, today I made it by myself for my own purpose.

my TRACE-ECHO patch can show you file,line information of every output
in php script. temporarily you can see demo/download at
http://segv74.homeip.net:7000/
 
this patch only works with xdebug2.0 + php5.

Thanks for derick for providing wonderful php debugger for free.

I'd love to this feature is integrated to xdebug2.0's main feature.
( 90% of this patch is borrowed from Zend2.0 echo handler. )
